Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Production Supervisor to lead our Production team on the 2nd shift. You will hire, train, and direct entry-level staff, drive daily productivity and quality targets, manage inventory, and uphold plant safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role is a management position with hands-on responsibility for daily production flow and bottom-line results, offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the Rental organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on assigned shift.
• Hire, train, and supervise entry-level production teammates.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets and maintain inventory control.
• Maintain plant safety and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Job Description

Cintas isseeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. Responsibilities include hiring,training and directing individuals who are performing entry level production positions on one of our fast paced shifts; meeting daily productivity and quality requirements; maintaining inventory control; maintaining safety in the plant;training partners on company safety policies; ensuringcompliance with OSHA standards and regulations;and emphasizinga culture of safety at the location overall. This is a management position, with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $70,304 - $89,700/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
