Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Production Supervisor to lead our Production team on the 2nd shift. You will hire, train, and direct entry-level staff, drive daily productivity and quality targets, manage inventory, and uphold plant safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role is a management position with hands-on responsibility for daily production flow and bottom-line results, offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the Rental organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on assigned shift.
• Hire, train, and supervise entry-level production teammates.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets and maintain inventory control.
• Maintain plant safety and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Train partners on safety policies and OSHA standards; promote a safety-first culture.
