Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. You will hire, train and supervise entry-level staff on a fast-paced shift, ensuring daily productivity and quality goals are met.

You will also manage inventory control, enforce safety policies, train partners on OSHA standards, and drive a culture of safety across the plant while maintaining accountability for production flow and bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
