Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle physical requirements (bending, stretching, twisting and lifting).
• Ability to set and prioritize goals; available to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on one of our shifts.
• Hire, train and direct entry level production associates.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and safety in the plant.
• Train partners on safety policies; ensure OSHA compliance.
