Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift. This hands-on management role includes hiring, training and guiding entry-level workers to meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining inventory control and a strong safety focus.

You will ensure OSHA compliance and promote a culture of safety across the plant, with accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred ability to handle physical requirements (lifting, bending) and to set and prioritize goals; start within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift.
• Hire, train, and direct entry-level production associates.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policy adherence.
• Foster a culture of safety and accountability for daily production flow.
