Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. This management role involves hiring, training and guiding entry level workers on a fast-paced shift, ensuring daily productivity and quality targets are met while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe work environment.

You will enforce OSHA standards, promote safety culture, and drive continuous improvement. The position reports to the plant manager and requires hands-on leadership and accountability for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting
• Ability to set and prioritize goals
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on a fast-paced shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety.
