Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Cincinnati, OH, Zip: 45241

Salary: $90,000- $110,000/year (depending on experience)

Due to continued growth, we have vacancies for the following shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri (2:30-10:30p)
• 3rd Shift: Mon-Fri (6:30p-6:30a)
  
  

Founded in the early 1900s we are a mid-sized wholesale provider of commercial and industrial flooring solutions. Our headcount has increased over 10% the past 2 years as we continue to expand our product line and gain market share in our space.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and staff.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met in a timely manner.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production equipment and processes.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and workflow plans.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management or a supervisory role within industrial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement/ lean manufacturing/ Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
