Camco Chemical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Shift Manager to oversee maintenance operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with packaging lines, blenders, and managing maintenance personnel to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff during assigned shifts.
  2. Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of packaging lines and blenders.
  3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  6. Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
  7. Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  8. Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  10. Proven experience in maintenance management, particularly with packaging lines and blenders.
  11. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  12. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
