An established industry player is seeking a CMC Development Lab Production Supervisor to lead and optimize production operations. This role involves developing business plans, ensuring safety and quality metrics, and fostering collaboration across teams. The second shift (2pm - 10:30pm) CMC Development Lab Production Supervisor will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and effect short-term and some long-term business goals. The Operations Specialist will work collaboratively with Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations and Design, as well as cross-site collaboration with external stakeholders.

The CMC Development Lab Production Supervisor is part of our advanced Ceramic Matrix Composite (CMC) Development Lab in our Supply Chain division. This role applies hands-on experience to support development and production activities related to the critical CMC composite part processes from router release to final shipment.
