WEEKDAY 2nd SHIFT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR. HOURS:

• Monday: 2:00p-2:30a
• Tuesday: 2:00p-2:30a
• Wednesday: 2:00p-2:30a
• Thursday: 2:00p-2:30a

Basic Function

The Production Supervisor is responsible for developing and managing the production team to ensure safety, productivity, quality, and cost objectives are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee production lines, troubleshoot issues, and review downtime causes.
• Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee work quality.
• Mentor, coach, and counsel production staff.
• Promote safety culture and enforce safety and GMP policies.
• Lead sanitation efforts during sanitation days.
• Review production orders and schedules for planning.
• Establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing.
• Review reports, resolve operational issues, and minimize costs.
• Oversee inventory functions and machine inspections.
• Develop or revise operational practices.
• Manage production data and employee time records.
• Participate in weekly production meetings.
• Engage in professional development and adhere to internal policies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professionalism in the work environment.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Travel

Less than 25% travel required as needed.

Working Environment and Conditions

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred; 3+ years leadership in manufacturing; experience with Microsoft Office, ERP, RF scanners, and inventory systems is a plus.
