ABOUT THE JOB:

The Production Supervisor (PS) leads and coaches an in-house team, coordinating with external vendors to ensure on-time, quality readiness. This fast-paced, construction-oriented environment prioritizes safety and operational responsiveness, ensuring all team members return home safely each day.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Safety/Environment

• Ensure compliance with all WillScot Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies.
• Manage employee and vendor health and safety through safety meetings, DuPont STOP, training, observations, and regular assessments.
• Maintain operational standards supported by effective training and communication.

Operations

• Oversee work order completion, conduct weekly performance reviews, and refine strategies. Assess labor efficiency and plan capacity.
• Conduct timely off-rent inspections, draft accurate work orders, and issue damage bills when needed. Manage fleet relocations and inventory counts.
• Manage the Work Order system, address condition coding inaccuracies, and develop strategies to minimize variances.
• Order, receive, and distribute materials and VAPS to support unit completion. Conduct monthly inventory counts of major and minor parts.
• Focus on first-time quality and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma or GED; college degree preferred or relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, with Lean fundamentals preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and SAP invoicing platform.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, cost-efficiency, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
