Help at Home is hiring a Client Service Supervisor!

This role will be fully remote unless located within one hour of a branch office.

Pay Range: $20-$22 hourly, 40 HPW

Job Summary

The Client Service Supervisor may, where permitted, develop, and monitor appropriate care plans to ensure clients receive quality care while serving as the primary liaison between clients, homecare aides, managers, referral sources, and others involved in the client's care.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Maintain elements of the assigned clients' files, and all related paperwork.
  • Consistently maintain the confidentiality of patient/client and agency information, following HIPAA guidelines.
  • Assign homecare aides based on the client's needs and Plan of Care.
  • Provide coaching to Caregivers to ensure high-quality client care and escalate ongoing concerns with Caregiver performance.
  • Proactively communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referral sources, and management.
  • Conduct in-home visits to assess client needs and communicate changes.
  • Prepare and submit departmental reports as required.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of the client's condition and services.
  • Maintain records of client satisfaction surveys and visits to address concerns and build relationships.
  • Handle client complaints appropriately; report significant issues for resolution. This is a mandatory reporter position for critical incidents.
  • Educate and coach on changes to the client’s Plan of Care.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, aides, and referral sources.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-ray if applicable.
  • Experience with Medicaid, Waivers, or Home Healthcare preferred.

  • Ability to provide feedback and meet personal/professional goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in conflict resolution.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
