Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a capable Warehouse/Plant Manager to lead production associates, uphold quality standards, and deliver on-time product schedules. This role emphasizes safety, cost control, and process improvement within our healthcare-focused laundry operations.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of warehouse or plant management experience, a high school diploma (BA preferred), and strong leadership skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus in our diverse team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Associates and drive production standards.
• Coordinate the production schedule to meet customer needs.
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program aligned with customer requirements.
• Oversee product control to minimize loss, including audits and load-out.
• Lead Safety & Health Program and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain high associate approval rating.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Production Associates
• Manage production standards
• Manage production schedule that delivers required products
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
• Manage product control program to minimize loss:
  • Clean return audits
  • Load-out management
• Manage Safety & Health Program:
  • Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations
• Maintain high associate approval rating

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills
• Computer literate, general PC applications; Excel a plus
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
• Healthcare industry a plus
