Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a Production Manager in Clearwater, FL to lead production teams and ensure quality standards. You will schedule work, oversee QA programs, and drive safety initiatives while maintaining strong associate performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires warehouse/plant management experience with a focus on leadership, organization, and healthcare industry awareness. Our team promotes collaboration and a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Healthcare industry a plus.
