Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced Warehouse/Plant Manager to oversee production associates, ensure on-time delivery of linens, and drive quality assurance initiatives in a healthcare-focused operation.

You will lead scheduling, safety programs with OSHA compliance, and elevate performance with strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills. Healthcare industry experience is a plus; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills.
• Computer literate; Excel a plus.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.
