ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, lead Production Associates, and ensure timely delivery of linen and related products. The role emphasizes quality assurance, safety compliance, and high staff engagement across a healthcare-focused laundry facility.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse/plant management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills.
• Healthcare industry experience a plus.
• Computer literate; Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedule that delivers required products.
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements.
• Manage product control program to minimize loss: Clean return audits; Load-out management.

Pay range: $70,000 - $80,000 + Annual Bonus Opportunity
