Job summary

ImageFIRST in Merrillville, IN is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Plant Manager to lead production teams, set performance standards, and drive on-time delivery of linen, gowns, and scrubs for healthcare facilities.

In this role you will establish and manage QA programs to meet customer requirements, ensure OSHA-compliant safety practices, develop staff, and sustain a culture of trust, accountability, and outstanding service for both customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Healthcare industry experience a plus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
