Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Production/Warehouse Manager to lead production teams, ensure schedule adherence, and uphold quality controls in a healthcare-focused laundry operation.

Responsibilities include QA program development, loss prevention, and safety compliance with OSHA standards. The role supports staffing, training, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills.
• Computer literate; Excel a plus.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Healthcare industry experience a plus.

• Manage Production Associates and production standards.
• Oversee production schedule to deliver required products.
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain product control to minimize loss (clean return audits, load-out).
• Manage Safety & Health Program and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain high associate approval ratings.

Pay range: $65,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Production Associates
• Manage production standards
• Manage production schedule that delivers required products
