Job summary

ImageFIRST in California is seeking a Warehouse/Plant Production Manager to lead production associates, uphold standards, and schedule orders to deliver products on time.

The role emphasizes quality assurance, safety compliance with OSHA, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture within a fast-paced environment. Weekend/shift considerations may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Healthcare industry a plus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
