Job summary

ImageFIRST, the leading healthcare linen rental and laundry partner, is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Manager in Livonia, MI. The role runs 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $70,000–$80,000 annually plus an annual bonus opportunity.

You will oversee Production Associates, enforce quality, safety, and scheduling, and partner with teams to meet customer requirements. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of warehouse or plant management experience and a high school diploma; a

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Healthcare industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Associates and maintain production standards.
• Manage production schedules to deliver required products.
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee product control to minimize loss (e.g., clean return audits, load-out management).
• Lead Safety & Health program, ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Maintain high associate approval ratings.

Pay range $70,000 - $80,000 annually + Annual Bonus Opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Production Associates
• Manage production standards
• Manage production schedule that delivers required products
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
• Manage product control program to minimize loss

  • Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
• Healthcare industry a plus
