Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is recruiting a Production Supervisor for a Central Michigan facility. The role leads 40–45 production employees on the 2nd shift (2-10pm) and reports to the Production Manager. You’ll drive safety, quality, productivity and daily operational execution in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and a track record of developing teams in food and beverage manufacturing, with a customer-focused mindset and urgency to deliver results.

I’m partnering with a growing F&B manufacturer that is looking for a Production Supervisor to help lead operations at a facility in Central Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to join a site that recently underwent a transformation and is focused on building a high-performance, customer-driven culture.

What You’ll Lead:

• Report to the Production Manager
• Lead approximately 40-45 production employees
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and daily operational execution
• Build accountability, urgency, and strong floor leadership
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and sanitation to maximize performance

About the Facility:

• Non-union environment

Ideal Background:

• F&B manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading large, retail-focused manufacturing operations with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus
