A growing food and beverage manufacturer is looking for a Production Manager to help lead operations at a facility in Central Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to join a site that recently underwent a transformation and is focused on building a high-performance, customer-driven culture.

What You A0ll Lead:

• Report directly to the Plant Manager
• Lead supervisors and approximately 80 production employees
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and daily operational execution
• Build accountability, urgency, and strong floor leadership
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and sanitation to maximize performance

About the Facility:

• Non-union environment

Ideal Background:

• Food and beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading large, retail-focused manufacturing operations with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus
