Job summary

Simulacra is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Chicago, IL to lead a production team and ensure safety, quality, and performance across a food & beverage manufacturing environment.

You will monitor KPIs, ensure GMP/SQF/HACCP compliance, and work with SAP ERP to troubleshoot issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong shift flexibility and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing background in Food & Beverage or related sectors.
• 3-5 years experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean, Continuous Improvement, LOTO.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
• Shift flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

Shift: 3rd (10pm - 6am)

Status: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Key Qualifications
