Job summary

Our client, a leading technology manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Detroit, MI. You will supervise the second shift and coordinate production staff to meet production goals, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, maintaining production tracking and quality control systems, preparing reports, and collaborating with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with machinery, tools, maintenance processes, and production equipment.
• Strong communication, leadership, attention to detail, and time management skills.
