Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for Kalamazoo, MI. The role oversees 2nd and 3rd shifts in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, driving safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead teams, develop talent, and ensure production plans are met with compliant documentation. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, a solid grasp of cGMP/FDA requirements, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for production associates with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure operations are executed in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, batch records, and regulatory standards.
• Drive attainment of production schedules while maximizing productivity and maintaining product quality.
• Monitor KPIs such as throughput, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime, and OEE.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Lead shift meetings, performance discussions, investigations, corrective actions, and employee development activities.
• Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and audit readiness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and regulatory compliance.

A growing pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking experienced Production Supervisors for both 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive attainment of production schedules while maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining product quality.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including throughput, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Partner closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives.
• Lead shift meetings, performance discussions, investigations, corrective actions, and employee development activities.
• Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and audit readiness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
