The role leads 40–45 production employees on the 2nd shift (2-10pm) and reports to the Production Manager. You’ll drive safety, quality, productivity and daily operational execution in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and a track record of developing teams in food and beverage manufacturing, with a customer-focused mindset and urgency to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 24/7 manufacturing operations.
• Food & Beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive performance.
