Blue Rhino is seeking a Full-Time Production Specialist II to join a safety-focused team in a hands-on environment. You will work outdoors, lift 40 lb cylinders, and perform washer, paint line, and stacker operations with attention to quality and safety.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work overtime as needed. This role involves physical labor and adherence to safety protocols in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines involving washing, painting, and assembly.
• Sort and move cylinders on conveyer belts and stack finished products.
• Inspect cylinders for leaks, weight issues, and sleeve integrity.
• Assist in rework stations and quality checks as needed.
• Stacking and palletizing finished goods for throughput.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in outdoor weather conditions.

This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role where you'll frequently lift and stack 40 lb. propane cylinders while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Every cylinder you handle is cleaned, leak-tested, and inspected, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Responsibilities

• Performs Washer functions which include placing cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
• Cylinders dispatch to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Completes Paint Line operations which include loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.
• Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing).
• Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
• Stacks finished product.
• Checks for quality assurance.
• Some positions may require the ability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
