Job summary

Ferrellgas’s Blue Rhino is seeking a Full-Time Production Specialist to join our safety‑minded team. This hands-on, outdoor role involves lifting 40 lb cylinders, operating paint, blast, and inspection steps, and working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

You’ll work with a team, follow quality checks, and adapt to weather conditions while contributing to safety and customer satisfaction. Prior warehouse experience is helpful; candidates must be able to lift 35 pounds repeatedly and pass

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Operate Washer functions including placing cylinders on conveyor belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
• Cylinders dispatch to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Complete Paint Line operations including loading cylinders in tank hanger and applying paint bag applicator.
• Operate Shot Blast, Tare weight entry, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing).
• Check for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Perform cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
• Stack finished product.
• Check quality assurance.

Pay

• Checks for quality assurance.
• Some positions may require the ability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
