Responsibilities

• Place cylinders on conveyor belt and sort cylinders.
• Dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Perform paint line operations and loading/unloading as described.
• Operate equipment like Shot Blast, Tare weight entry, Capper and Stacker.
• Check for leaks, weight issues, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Assist with cylinder refurbishment and stacking of finished products.
• Ensure quality assurance checks are completed.
• Lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly in varying weather.

Pay

With consistent learning and strong performance, you can quickly advance from Level I to Level II and up to Senior Level. Below is the pay scale that shows your opportunity for growth:

Responsibilities

• Performs Washer functions which include placing cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
• Cylinders dispatch to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Completes Paint Line operations which include loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.
• Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing).
• Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
• Stacks finished product.
• Checks for quality assurance.
• Some positions may require the ability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
