Job summary

Blue Rhino is hiring a Full-Time Production Specialist to join our safety-focused team in Leesburg, FL. You will work outdoors, lift 40 lb cylinders, and support washers, paint, and refurb operations on the line.

Schedule: 5:00pm - 3:30am. Pay progression from Production Specialist I to Sr. Production Specialist reflects performance and learning, with hourly rates shown for each level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Performs Washer functions which include placing cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
• Cylinders dispatch to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Completes Paint Line operations which include loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.
• Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing).
• Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.

Every cylinder you handle is cleaned, leak-tested, and inspected, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Pay: With consistent learning and strong performance, you can quickly advance from Level I to Level II and up to Senior Level. Below is the pay scale that shows your opportunity for growth:

• Some positions may require the ability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and in all weather conditions
