Job summary

Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, is hiring a Full‑Time Production Specialist to work outdoors in varying weather. You will handle propane cylinders, perform washer and paint line tasks, and help with quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting 35 pounds repeatedly, reliability, and the ability to follow technical instructions. Experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Performs washer functions including placing cylinders on conveyor belt, sorting, removing sleeves, and peeling labels.
• Dispatches cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Completes paint line operations including loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.
• Operates shot blast, tare weight entry station, capper (data code label), and stacker (palletizing).
• Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
• Stacks finished product.
• Provides quality assurance checks.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day in all weather conditions.
