Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed shop floor schedules that translate the production plan into sequenced and time-phased tasks for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of production scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in OEM or discrete manufacturing preferred.
• 0-10% travel.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules across lines, centers and shifts.
• Ensure schedules align with material availability, labor and capacity.
• Adjust plans in real time for downtime or order changes.
• Collaborate with production, planning, materials and logistics daily.
• Release work orders and prioritize urgent orders.
• Maintain data in ERP/APS and track KPIs.
• Identify and implement scheduling improvements.
