Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduling Coordinator to release production orders and support on-time manufacturing.

The role collaborates with schedulers, production, procurement and materials teams to ensure efficient flow of orders and timely delivery of Excellerate Products. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and precision matters.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• 1–3 years of production, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support experience.

Responsibilities

• Release production orders and associated job packets as required per the schedule.
• Collect and reconcile completed job packets.
• Assist schedulers in revising production orders and job packets as needed.
• Assist schedulers in monitoring material availability on production orders.
• Assist in tracking KPIs such as schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
• Assist in communicating schedule changes clearly to stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional initiatives focused on lead time reduction and flow improvement.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
