Job summary

Faith Technologies, based in Wisconsin, seeks a Production Scheduler to translate the production plan into sequenced shop-floor tasks and ensure on-time delivery of Excellerate. You will collaborate with production, planning, materials and logistics to balance resources and adapt to real-time issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of scheduling experience in manufacturing environments, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support; OEM, discrete manufacturing or configure-to-order environments preferred.
• Travel: 0–10%

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules that sequence work orders across production lines, work centers, and shifts.
• Collaborate daily with production, planning, materials, and logistics teams to review schedule adherence and resolve issues.
• Release work orders and ensure proper sequence for build efficiency.
• Maintain scheduling data within the ERP/APS system and track KPIs such as schedule adherence and on-time delivery.
