Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate the production plan into detailed, time-phased shop floor schedules.

You will collaborate with production, planning, materials, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and minimize downtime. The role requires 2–4 years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably OEM or discrete manufacturing, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in production scheduling or shop floor coordination.
• Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules that sequence work orders across lines, work centers, and shifts.
• Coordinate daily with production, planning, materials, and logistics teams to review schedule adherence and resolve issues.
• Release work orders and prioritize urgent or at-risk orders while maintaining MPS alignment.
