Faith Technologies, Inc. (FTI) is seeking a Production Scheduling Coordinator in El Paso, TX to release production orders and travelers, supporting on-time manufacturing of Excellerate Products.

The role collaborates with schedulers, production, procurement, and materials teams to ensure efficient flow and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where priorities shift and precision matters.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years in production, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support in a manufacturing environment.
• Travel: 0–5%.
• Work Schedule: 7 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday; ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Release production orders and associated job packets as required per the schedule.
• Collect and reconcile completed job packets.
• Assist schedulers in revising production orders and job packets as needed.
• Assist schedulers in monitoring material availability on production orders.
• Assist in tracking KPIs such as schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
• Assist in communicating schedule changes clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional initiatives focused on lead time reduction, flow improvement, and responsiveness.
