Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduling Supervisor to lead the site scheduling team and translate the production plan into sequenced, time‑phased shop floor tasks. You’ll collaborate with production, procurement, demand planning, materials and logistics to maintain the flow of orders and support on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 4–8 years in scheduling, with ERP/APS experience, and a solutions‑oriented, detail‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or master production schedule maintenance.
• Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments preferred.
• Travel: 0-10%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and slot orders in the MPS across lines and shifts.
• Ensure schedules align with material availability and capacity.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and monitor adherence.
• Lead schedulers and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Leverage ERP/APS data to track performance and generate reports.
• Identify and implement scheduling improvements to reduce lead time.
