Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed shop floor schedules, translating the production plan into sequenced tasks for manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with production, planning, materials, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of Excellerate.

The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and precision matters. Typical schedule is 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support.
• Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments preferred.
• Travel: 0-10%.
• Work hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules across lines, work centers and shifts.
• Coordinate with production, planning, materials, and logistics to ensure schedule adherence.
• Release work orders and prioritize urgent orders to meet delivery commitments.
• Track KPIs such as schedule adherence and on-time delivery.
