Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduling Coordinator to release production orders and travelers to support on-time manufacturing.

You will collaborate with schedulers, production, procurement, and materials teams to ensure smooth workflow, minimize downtime, and drive on-time delivery for Excellerate Products. Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Planning and Control Manager, you will focus on synchronizing work flow by timely releasing orders and travelers.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in production, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support in a manufacturing environments
• Travel: 0-5%

Responsibilities

• Release production orders and associated job packets as required per the schedule.
• Collect and reconcile completed job packets.
• Assist schedulers in revising production orders and job packets as needed.
• Assist schedulers in monitoring material availability on production orders.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and on–time delivery.
• Assist in communicating schedule changes clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support cross–functional initiatives focused on lead time reduction, flow improvement, and responsiveness.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
