Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a Production Scheduling Supervisor to lead the site scheduling team and translate the production plan into sequenced, time-phased shop floor tasks across lines and shifts.

You will collaborate with production, procurement, demand planning, materials, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of Excellerate. The role focuses on short-term scheduling, resource balancing, and real-time adjustments to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 4–8 years of production scheduling experience.
• Experience in OEM or discrete manufacturing environments preferred.
• Travel: 0–10%
• Work schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and slot orders in the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Sequence production orders across lines, work centers, and shifts.
• Ensure schedules align with material, labor, and capacity constraints.
