Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to align production schedules and manufacturing activities between our Youngstown and Brookfield facilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate records, monitor workflow, and help ensure on-time delivery of finished products while upholding lean manufacturing and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and proficiency in inventory management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities between facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure tasks are completed.
• Ensure stage gates are completed to allow for clear-to-build.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Support timely delivery of finished products and monitor workflow to meet targets.
