Job summary

Panelmatic is seeking a Production Scheduler/Planner to maintain and optimize production schedules across multiple departments. You will coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project management to meet customer demands while minimizing downtime and maximizing resource utilization.

The role requires at least 2+ years in scheduling, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Ensure project kits are available and complete at each stage.
• Communicate schedules with production supervisors and team-leads.
• Develop and maintain detailed production plans and report performance to plan.
• Log downtime and variations; inform leadership for resolution.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Provide weekly summaries of work orders and deviations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling and efficiency.
• Maintain schedule adherence reports and develop new metrics as required.
