Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator to plan and execute manufacturing processes. This role requires shop knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate production components to meet goals while maintaining quality standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, maintain production records, and support on-time delivery of finished products, leveraging lean practices and reliable inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–7 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles a must.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and keep owners accountable.
• Ensure stage gates are completed to allow for build readiness.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date production records.
• Support timely delivery of finished products.
• Monitor workflow and provide schedule updates to meet targets.
• Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency.
