Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities across multiple teams at our Conroe, TX facility.

The role requires 4–7 years in manufacturing, solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Join us for a hands-on production environment focused on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-7 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate production schedules and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and hold owners accountable.
• Ensure and verify all stage gates are completed for clear-to-build.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Support timely delivery of finished products.
• Monitor workflow and provide schedule updates to meet production targets.
