Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities between the Youngstown and Brookfield facilities. You will ensure stage gates are completed and production records remain accurate to support on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A solid understanding of lean methods and safety standards will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and hold owners accountable.
• Ensure and verify all stage gates are completed to allow for clear-to-build.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Support in timely delivery of finished products.
• Monitor workflow and provide schedule updates to meet production targets.
