Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Manager of Building Operations to oversee the Brookfield and Youngstown locations. The role ensures a safe, efficient environment for employees, vendors, and customers, while leading building systems projects to meet aggressive production ramping goals.

The ideal candidate will manage vendor partnerships, collaborate with internal teams, and support ongoing business operations while driving capital and facilities initiatives to support growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in building operations, facilities management, or construction management.
• Knowledge of building systems and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing capital projects and budgets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and operational projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate construction and improvement initiatives.
• Partner with executives and operations on space planning.
• Manage vendor relationships for quality and cost.
• Negotiate contracts with consultants and service providers.
• Develop and forecast CapEx and OpEx budgets.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety.
• Produce clear project reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with codes and internal policies.
