Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage production schedules between the Youngstown and Brookfield facilities.

The role requires coordinating manufacturing activities, ensuring stage gates are completed, and maintaining accurate production records to support on-time delivery. Ideal candidates will have 4–7 years in manufacturing, strong communication, and expertise in inventory management and lean practices.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of quality control standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Production scheduling experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve any production issues - hold owners accountable to tasks
• Ensure and verify all stage gates are completed to allow for clear-to-build
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records
• Support in timely delivery of finished products
• Monitor workflow and provide schedule updates as necessary to meet production targets
