Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee production activities and ensure goals are met. The role may serve as the Supervisor in Charge of the facility, ensuring high levels of guest and donor service while enforcing ESGW policies.

The position requires cross‑training across retail and production operations and flexibility to shift tasks as priorities change, including evenings and weekends. Prior experience in a similar environment is helpful.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities or other special needs preferred.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in order to communicate with staff and guests.
• All positions require the completion of a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises production activities to ensure goals are met.
• Serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility when needed.
• Ensure adherence to Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Cross-train in all aspects of Goodwill operations.
• Move between assignments as priorities change and respond to donation flows.
