Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Supervisor-in-Charge for our facility, with responsibilities spanning retail, production and donation operations. You will ensure high levels of guest and donor service while enforcing ESGW policies and promoting a collaborative team environment.

The role requires cross-training across all areas, a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to move between assignments as priorities change to meet

• Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of retail, production, and Donation Door operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to move between assignments as priorities change.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Donation Door activities as required, ensuring smooth operations across retail, production, and donation flows.
• Serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility when needed and maintain high levels of guest and donor service.
• Enforce Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures uniformly and coach staff accordingly.
• Be prepared to move between assignments as priorities change and respond to fluctuating donation volumes.
