Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a supervisor to oversee production activities and, at times, serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility. The role emphasizes guest and donor service, adherence to ESGW policies, and cross-training across retail and production tasks.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, English literacy, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. A background check is required for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production activities to ensure goals are met.
• May act as Supervisor in Charge of the facility.
• Cross-train in all aspects of Goodwill and assist in retail and/or production operations.
• Ensure policies and procedures are uniformly enforced.
