Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee production and support retail operations. You’ll help plan, train, and lead teams, while upholding quality and service standards.

This role requires guest-focused service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic finance awareness, and the ability to manage staffing and budgets under HR guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
• Prefer profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular staff meetings to improve communication with staff, such as daily toolbox talks, monthly department meetings, and weekly management team meetings.
• Develops a superior workforce through coaching conversations, development plans, and taking action with any staff failing to meet expectations.
• Reviews production results daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Monitor staff productivity to establish standards/goals and take appropriate actions to correct deficiencies.
• The primary focus of Assistant Manager is Production, but must also be knowledgeable in Retail operations.
• Assist manager in staffing model usage to schedule staff and forecast salary expenditures.
• Assist manager in timely reporting including HR, Safety/Asset Protection, and Accounting forms.
• Responsible for store performance and meeting budgets in revenue, payroll, and controllable expenses.
